Jessica

Optician

​​​​​​​Jessica has worked with Dr. Reidhaar since 2015 and has an Associate Degree in Applied Science. She has been in the optical industry for several years. She enjoys helping patients pick out fashionable frames and educating patients on lens products. In her spare time, she enjoys shopping, walks and dinner with family and friends.

Ashton

Lead Optometric Technician

​​​​​​​Ashton has worked with Dr. Reidhaar since 2021 and specializes in contact lens training and management, medical workups, special testing and manages consults and referrals. Her favorite part of the practice is the interactions with patients. She loves spending time with her family, photography and kayaking.

Corina

Lead Optical Manager

We are so lucky to have Corina! She moved from Florida and has been in the field since 2022. She was previously trained as the optical sales manager, and is excited to continue expanding her optical knowledge and helping the patients of Fort Wayne.

Ashley

Receptionist

Ashley will be the one greeting you when you check in for your appointment. She has worked in the optical field and customer service for 6 years. She has her associates degree in Early Childhood Education which she worked in that field for 12 years. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as their 4 cats and 2 dogs.

Lainey

Optometric Technician

​​Lainey is our Optometric Technician, she has been in the customer service industry since 2020 and loves interacting with patients! In her freetime, she likes to read, paint and hang out with her 2 very adorable cats. She also loves collecting small trinkets and teapots.

Luci

Office Manager

Luci has worked in the Optometry field for more than 18 years and of those 8 were along side Dr. Reidhaar. She loves to help any way she can around the office, and is very skilled at it! We are so happy to have her. In her free time, she likes to go camping, spend time with family and friends, and hangout with her chickens!


Marie

Billing/Coding Specialist

Marie started in Ophthalmology in 2007, she received her COA in 2008 and has worked in general, retina and glaucoma specialties. She has worked in many positions; COA, scribe, surgical coordinator, billing/coding, compliance officer, and office manager. Her family moved to Fort Wayne in 2010 from Grand Haven, MI.
